Return Policy does NOT accept returns for candy or food items.

However we would accept returns for any other items purchased from us, which you may received as broken or not working.

customers must have to inform us in writing about the broken or non functiong items right away after receiving it. as delayed claims will not be entertained. we will offer you the replacement or in some cases refund (full value of the product/item excluding shipping cost). replacment product will be shipped as soon as possible but it may take around 1-2 weeks. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive your return request and after we receive the product back. Refund will be sent to you as Intrac e-Transfer.
